Evalon Hathaway

Evalon spent much of her childhood moving around the US and a few other countries, igniting an adventurous spirit and love for travel. She moved to Waycross, GA in 1999 and has adjusted well to southern living.

Evalon earned an Associate Degree in Biological Science with plans to become a doctor before realizing God had plans to use her differently. Recently, Evalon worked at Wacona Elementary School for four years as a PBIS Paraprofessional and was heavily involved in parent engagement, event coordination, and administrative work.

Evalon’s drive for excellence and desire to serve others led her to join the South + East Properties team, to which she brings decades of customer service and several years of management experience. She once served as an Administrative Pastor for five years with the Church of God, where she and her husband were ordained and completed the Ministerial Internship Program.

When not working, Evalon loves to spend time and have adventures with her husband and daughter. They enjoy camping, hiking, visiting the beach, playing board games, and going on road trips together. Evalon is also an avid book reader and loves the simple things in life.
