August Williams

August was born and raised in Brantley County, Georgia, and returned home a few years ago after receiving two degrees from the University of Georgia in both Computer Animation & Design and Theatre. Her passion lies at the intersection of creativity and communication, whether it’s through eye-catching animations, engaging social media content, or storytelling through an appealing graphic.

By day, she brings her design skills to life, managing social media and creating visual content for South and East Properties. At night, she continues to let her creativity thrive as she helps to run The Encore Company LLC, which brings live theatre directly to the Brunswick community. She spends most of her free time sharing her love of performance with the next generation, teaching and directing shows for children ages 8-18, but at least a few times a year, you will find her on the stage herself.

When she’s not designing, directing, or teaching, you’ll find her spending time with family or cheering on the Dawgs every football Saturday.
