Thinh Pham

Thinh Pham is originally from Vietnam and has called Brunswick home since the third grade, bringing both a global perspective and strong local insight to every client relationship. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, he communicates clearly and effectively with a diverse range of clients. He graduated from Brunswick High School in 2020 and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in 2022.

He began his professional career as a Software Engineer at IBM, working in the e-commerce industry. After assisting family members in finding their dream homes, he discovered a passion for real estate and officially began his real estate journey in 2025. He now proudly serves buyers and sellers as a real estate agent with South+East Properties. With a strong background in technology and analytics, Thinh brings a data-driven mindset to real estate, helping clients make informed and confident decisions.

When he’s not working with clients, Thinh enjoys biking, pickleball, short hikes, and personal tech projects, including home automation.
