Alli Sweat

Alli is the broker and owner of South + East Properties! As a South GA native, she is excited to serve Southeast GA with excellence that comes from much experience.

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2001, Alli spent time in the e-commerce segment of the wholesale industry before beginning her real estate career in 2007. For a large part of her career, she learned from and worked with some of the best in the business at the largest real estate firm in Athens, GA.

In 2018, after 11 rewarding years in business, Alli moved back home and started South + East Properties. It began with a small office in St. Simons Island, GA, and has grown to include an office in both Waycross, GA, and Brunswick, GA. In a full circle moment, as of 2023, Alli has expanded South + East Properties to service the Athens, GA area.

For the past 16 years, Alli has worked diligently to operate her business on values of high integrity and hard work, as well as a passion for private property rights. In 2019, she achieved Best of Zillow status, recognizing her for ranking in the top 1-2% of agents at the national level for exceptional customer service.

Alli’s efforts have received much recognition. While in Athens, she earned the Athens Area Association of REALTORS® Circle of Achievement award. In 2019 and 2020, she joined the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence. In 2021, Alli became a Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Life Member and achieved it again in 2022.

Real Estate is not only her passion, but it is her mission field. When not selling homes, Alli loves spending time with her husband, Dusty, and their three children.
