From lining up painters, to having a landscaping crew come out and clean up overgrown areas, to settling on a closing attorney that can accompany your desired closing time, to opening a house for an inspector, she really does it all except sign your name, all while keeping you completely informed and willing to answer any question, no matter how simple or complex. Alli helped me buy my first home. With this being my first time going through the process, Alli was extremely helpful with make sure I understood each step. What I liked most about Alli was that she was very observant of me as a buyer as we went throughout the process. For example, she would pay attention to my reactions at each home we visited, and pointed out things about how I responded when I saw certain aspects of the different homes that we saw. She was patient and allowed me to drive the process. We would visit homes and sometimes spend 30-45 minutes in them in conversation talking through the different features of the homes and how they would or would not fit my lifestyle and future. I also enjoyed her ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and personality are a perfect match for assisting people through what can be a stressful experience. I love my home more and more each day, because of Alli's guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend Alli and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Alli was truly wonderful. Not only were we making a huge move from DC to the Athens, GA area, but we were also house-hunting from afar. Also, add to that the fact that we had to rent a home once we'd decided to build versus buy a resale. There were SO many variables, and Alli coolly and professionally and graciously walked us through everything. Plus, she is super personable, friendly and accommodating of our schedules when she realized we had to fly in and out to see houses we were considering. She made herself available to fit our schedule, which was so helpful, since we had little time once we flew in. I can't say enough awesome things about Alli - she made this oft-painful and at times frustrating process as smooth as could be. I don't know that we could have selected a better realtor suited to our needs and personalities. You can't go wrong with Alli - she knows so much about a lot of different things, and regardless of whether you're making an in-town move, a long distance move, need a rental, or building, buying a resale, or whatever, she can definitely help you!
