From lining up painters, to having a landscaping crew come out and clean up overgrown areas, to settling on a closing attorney that can accompany your desired closing time, to opening a house for an inspector, she really does it all except sign your name, all while keeping you completely informed and willing to answer any question, no matter how simple or complex.
