Josh helped seller meet FHA loan requirements. We had our contract super fast after seller agreed. Josh kept in touch and made sure things were moving in the right direction. Josh met with husband for a walk through and was quick to resolve one issue. He gave us information for internet, due to it not being available in the area. (it works great) In the digital world we were happy to see Josh at our closing. Had some good conversations.

Carmen was really attentive and very thorough! There were a few hiccups (outside of her or the team's control) but they handled it all so that I did not have to stress!
